So brownies are pretty dang good, and super easy when out of the box. I've never cared for any recipes I've searched for, but finally...one has been discovered. I had to change it around a bit to make it exactly how I want it, but shouldn't all recipes be like that?
What you need:
1/2 cup butter (melted, either in sauce pan or in microwave)
1 cup sugar (don't use powdered sugar, even if you are out of granulated sugar...seriously, bad call)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Combine all wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients, stir into wet ingredients. Pour into greased/powdered round pan (use cocoa powder silly gooses). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. You can top it with your favorite chocolate glaze or frosting while the brownies are still warm if you like, too.
